High-grade adhesive and sealing compound for use with motor vehicles, available in various colours. Suitable for use in critical areas, in which the seal may temporarily be in contact with automotive fluids (e.g. motor or gear oil, coolants of glycol mixtures).

Description : The orginal gasket maker formulated for high temperature and heavy duty applications. It makes reliable "formed-in-place" gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket. Also use to coats pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80oF to +650oF (-62oC to +343oC) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and ship fluids.

Applications : Rear main bearing cap split line, damper keyway sealing, differential cover, intake end seals, OHC cap, oil pan corner seals, oil pan gasket, side cover plate, thermostat housing, timing cover, tranmission pan, valve cover gasket, vibration damper, water pump cover gasket and intake manifolds.

Description : VT-871 is a red color, all purpose, permanent high strength threadlocker formulated for locking and sealing of threaded fasteners which require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. it cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It locks bolts and nuts up to 25mm diameter, preventing loosening due to vibration, and sealing against leakage and corrosion. It is designed to withstand heavy shock, vibration, or extreme chemical or environment conditions.

Applications : It eliminates double nutting and or welding of critical assemblies. Ideal for applications that will not require periodic disassembly. It is suitable for assembly with air tools, cylinder block bolts, ring gear bolts, transmission shaft bolts, pump and motor.

Description : A hand-mixable, steel-reinforced, epoxy putty that mixes in just one minute to provide fast repairs to items made of ferrous and aluminium metals. It comes in handy two-ounce "tootsie-roll" form, contains pre-measured portions of activator and base throughout with the curing agent (activator) encapsulated in the consistency eliminates drips and runs, providing "no mess" applications with no tools required for use. It cures to a drak gray metallic color. Once cured, it can be tapped, drilled, screwed, sawed, machined, ground, filed, or painted. It will not rust, shrink or pull away. It is resistant to water, temperature extremes, and chemicals such as hydrocarbons, ketones, alcohols, esters, halocarbons, aqueous salt solutions and dilute acids and bases.

Applications : Ideal for repair ferrous metals, rebuild small engine parts, fill cracks and voids in metal, seal leaks, form nuts & bolts, repair stripped threads, form anchor machines, repair metal tools, equipment ducts, pipes, housing & appliances, sink traps and auto bodies. Also bond to wood, glass, masonry and many plastics. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

General purpose silicone sealant. Can be used on all glazing and industrial work along with common building and construction joints. Alternative to Superflex. Colour: Clear. 80ml cartridge.

Steel stick epoxy. 5 minute curing adhesive. This can be used to build up worn parts or to repair broken ones. It is machinable and can be drilled, tapped and filed. 50g

Copper anti seize grease 500ml. High temperature resistant copper based grease. Prevents galling and siezing caused by corrosion and heat. Typical applications include wheel bolts and manifold studs. Extremely high temperature resistance upto +980°C

General purpose superglue. Medium strength, quick cure. Bonds a wide variety of materials. Colour: Clear. 5g bottle.

Gap filling metal bonding superglue. Ideal for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics including UPVC, wood and many other materials. Colour: Clear. 20g bottle.

High strength anaerobic adhesive designed to give a fast and reliable cure on coarse threaded components. Excellent solvent resistance gives maximum security. Colour: Green. 10ml.

Oil tolerant threadlock - medium strength anaerobic adhesive designed to lock and seal threads from vibration loosening and leakage. Ideal for direct application onto "as received" parts where oily film exists or where contamination is a problem. Colour: Blue. 25ml.

Thread Seal is a thixotropic liquid which cures anaerobically to form a tough, high pressure seal on all types of threaded couplings used on low, medium and high pressure lines. Colour: Brown. 50ml.
